Now I prop my phone up and talk without a second thought. It's connected me with women all over the country, and it brought me back home to Ireland through my networks. It keeps me accountable to myself and to other people, and it's taught me how to work with every kind of personality... still a work in progress. What gets me excited is watching someone see it for more than a quick buck. The small wins. Doing something uncomfortable and growing from it. Learning how social media works, or how an email workflow runs, at any age, and watching her confidence grow because of it.

Skincare and supplements built around active ingredients, developed by RINGANA's own scientists in Austria since 1996. RINGANA shares the levels of its key actives, many formulas are COSMOS certified (a seal anyone can check in the public directory), and every batch is tested, with external labs in Austria, Germany and Italy. Each product is made several times a month and shipped straight to the customer, so the actives are still working when they reach you. Family owned, and now open in the US.
